Latin American Graffiti Art.

Graffiti, an art expression which is used to show the reality of the societies and in this age, has become and new art expression.

this  art expression has become a voice for the people because it is used to answer back to the injustices that the society have such as violent acts, the negligence of the local government, corruption and other acts against the community in general.  

This revolutionary expression has evolved into an high art expression, which is acclaimed for the pictures and the message; it is the case of Argentina when this expression is recognized by the locals and visitants as a new art style which has in the principal city its own street gallery.

In the other hand, it is consider as vandalism for the people who don´t accept it as art and think that there are too much controversial with the politics topics painted in the walls. In the case of Bogota and other cities in Colombia, the graffitis are focus  on  political topics and retaliation against the government, which are shut up by the local people who are afraid for the politics, because the have all the power to act; this graffitis are considered as the voice of the silents.

In other countries as Honduras and Brazil, The graffiti artist use this kind of art for show the problems that have the society in general, the reality that the citizen are living and the problems with the environment for make conscience about that and to look for a possible solution.

Graffiti can be consider as an illegal act, but the people have to understand the meaning of that pictures and try to do something with the bad situation inspired by this art.

Subcultures: Bangkok´s "Mexican gangsters"

 The "Mexican gangsters" has a style of life that some young people in Bangkok have adopted.
The members of the group said that they feels identify with the way of wearing of Mexicans gangsters and how they look to the society. This is a culture introduced to Bangkok influenced by the media according the members of the gang said, the rap music and the Mexican gangsters inspired them to adopt that kind of style which they also said is comfortable and it allow them to have a group of friends.
this is a good example of the influence of the communication or globalization  in this age can  create a new group or subculture in a conservative country where this kind of style is weird for the people.In my opinion is good if they want to live of that way because it is some which they feel identify, although they appearance can be intimidating for other people and the music of them are rude and violent ,they don´t want to do the bad they and violent things that the Mexican group because it is only a social group.
This group can fix in the Bangkok society if they keep their behavior avoid the bad influences of the Mexican groups and over the time the society can accustom to the group and live together.

  Racism in Colombia
Good night. this post is to talk about the racism in Colombia as is showed in the video ¨discriminACCION en Colombia´´(available in youtube).
this video show us a reality of the discrimination in Colombia and how it can affect the black people and other ethics groups that are also discriminated.
The discrimination affect the people in general, for example reduce of the amount of jobs for these people, increase the diseases in the community because the government don´t try to help them with medicine or hospitals, the children can´t get a good education and the treatment has a minority as the principal problem.
The racism in Colombia is real, although in some places is more  significant than others regions, it can´t be hidden and the entire country has to do something to change this mentality about the color people and other ethnics that get this treatment. So we have to make the change and support the entities that fight with the racism such as ¨observatorio  de discriminacion racial¨ for eradicate this problem and help these people.
